Gratitude can flow naturally when things in your life are going well & you are living in your abundance. On the opposite side of the spectrum, when you are going through a challenging time and feel as if nothing is going right, noting what you are grateful for can feel like a chore and not helpful.
That is the very reason why we need to practice gratitude on a daily basis---when things are fabulous, when they are horrible and all the in between.
The more that we notice---what makes us smile, the qualities we appreciate in our loved ones, the beauty of our surroundings...the easier joy and happiness are brought into our world and the sooner we bounce back after experiencing adversity.
How can you create space for gratitude regularly?

I will join you. Today I am grateful for:
Time near water
Bike ride adventures that support my body & soul
Inviting color into my world: brightly painted nails, new kitchen towels, vibrant summer tomatoes in my salads
Relaxation time: meditation, movies, baths, reading
Sunflowers following the biggest star in our universe
Making exciting plans for the future
