Hello! Happy Saturday! No matter what your plan is for today, take a minute, a moment or an hour to focus on your wellness. How can you take care of yourself today?

I may not get to all of these today, but here are a few of my personal Self-Care Saturday Ideas:

  • Yoga Class

  • Meditation

  • Bubble Bath

  • Breakfast Outside

  • Breathe

  • Spend Time with Friends

  • Journal

  • Spend Time with Family

  • Relax with a Cup of Tea

  • Tune into my Needs

  • Set Goals for the Week

Nora received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She then achieved her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Denver. She worked as a counselor in Colorado for four years and received her Professional Counselor License before moving back to California to be near her family.
