Foodie Friday: Lox Toast

So let's support our wellness by integrating one healthy bite at a time!

This morning I'm sharing with you one of my favorite easy breakfasts: Lox Toast! I would always crave an everything bagel with lox and cream cheese, but didn't want to be unhealthy. I have so enjoyed this healthier version at home!

What you will need:

  • Bread (I used Ezekiel 4:9 Bread, but you can use whichever bagel or bread brand that you enjoy)

  • Wild Smoked Salmon

  • Spread (Cream Cheese, Kite Hill Almond Cream Cheese, or Avocado)

  • Toppings (Tomato, Onion, Avocado, Capers, Sea Salt, Pepper, Etc.)

How To:

  • Gather Ingredients

  • Toast Bread or Bagel

  • Spread cream cheese or avocado on toast.

  • Place sliced lox over cream cheese/spread.

  • Add Toppings & Enjoy!
